Truffle Market - Lalbenque
Truffle market in Lalbenque, France on December 5, 2023. The Pays de Lalbenque is the main production center for Quercy black truffles. Its truffle market is classified as a Remarkable Site of Taste. In the 1900s, the Lot produced more than 200 tonnes of truffles. Today, its production varies between 3 and 10 tonnes. The main markets are those of Lalbenque and Limogne.
