Fatehpur Sikri
A Hindu-style temple is situated inside the Jodha Bai Mahal palace, which the queen is using for worship in Fatehpur Sikri, Uttar Pradesh, India, on May 6, 2022. Fatehpur Sikri, founded in 1569 by the Mughal Emperor Akbar, served as the capital of the Mughal Empire from 1571 to 1585. The Jodha Bai Mahal, also known as Jodh Bai Mahal, is the largest palace in Fatehpur Sikri, commissioned by Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1569 for his favorite queen consort, Mariam-uz-Zamani, commonly known as Jodha Bai.
