Bakeries Expect To Sell 2.8 Million Roscones - Madrid

The 600 or so artisan bakeries in the Community of Madrid plan to sell more than 2.8 roscones de Reyes, with cream and truffle fillings a favorite among locals. The price of this sweet has risen an average of 10%, according to the Association of Artisan Pastry Entrepreneurs of Madrid (ASEMPAS).
