The Kashmir Valley is experiencing an unprecedented change in the weather this winter. Tourist resorts such as Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Pahalgam would typically be covered with ample snow by now. However, this year, the famous winter ski resort of Kashmir, Gulmarg, is dry with no snowfall.
