The imperial tombs of the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127) are located in Gongyi City, central China's Henan Province.
Of the 9 emperors in the Northern Song Dynasty, 7 were buried here.
Majestic stone sculptures were built to guard the mausoleums, but only 700+ pieces of them remain today.
These stone sculptures provide precious clues for the study of Song Dynasty sculpture art.
