Tartu 2024 opening ceremony

26.01.2024, Tartu. The opening ceremony of Tartu 2024 European Capital of Culture took place between Kaarsild and Rahu bridge on the riverbank of Emajõgi. The opening event was called "All is One!" The play took place The afterparty following the opening ceremony was an unprecedented open-air rave in front of the Estonian National Museum.
