Tang Dynasty Iron Cattle Covered With Smock in Yongji
A 40-ton national treasure from the Tang Dynasty, an iron cattle, is being covered with a ''smock'' in Yongji, China, on February 3, 2024. This measure is typically taken on rainy and snowy days to prevent moisture from penetrating the iron cultural relic, reducing erosion and better protecting the ''national treasure.'' Once the rain and snow cease, the smock will be removed, and the public will be able to freely visit and closely view the artifact. (Photo by Costfoto/NurPhoto)
