Italy: Pro-Palestinian Protesters Rally Outside Rai Amid ‘Ghali Controversy’

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered outside the headquarters of Rai in Turin on Tuesday, February 13 in solidarity with Palestinians and Ghali, the rapper who called for an end to genocide in the Sanremo song festival, which sparked an angry reaction from the Israeli ambassador. Protesters were also criticizing the broadcaster's CEO Roberto Sergio's statement which expressed solidarity with Israeli people and Jewish community but made no reference to the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza.
