Flowers and a teddy bear are being placed on a fence after the tragic discovery of the severely decomposed human remains of a child on Monday morning in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The human remains of the decomposed child are being found in a duffel bag in an alleyway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, on March 18, 2024. At approximately 9:50 am, police are responding to the 600 block of North 38th Street, Monday morning. A male, who is doing work at the rear of the property, is meeting police and directing them to a duffel bag that contains the ''severely decomposed remains of a child.''
