Pro- Monarchists Clash With Police In Nepal
A Nepali pro-monarchy protester is being hit by gushing water fired from a water cannon by the Nepal Police as they clash following a security breach that allowed protesters to enter the restricted area near Singha Durbar, the administrative capital of the Himalayan Nation, in Kathmandu, Nepal, on April 9, 2024. Thousands of pro-monarchists and cadres of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) are taking to the streets of Kathmandu, further clashing with security personnel while attempting to breach the restricted area.
