Data from Shanghai Centaline Real Estate indicates that in March 2024, there were 18,500 units of second-hand residential transactions in Shanghai, marking an increase of 170.22%. Additionally, on April 5, the Shanghai Link Home Research Institute released monitoring data showing that in March of this year, a total of 5,370 sets of new commercial housing were sold in Shanghai, which is an increase of 299% from the previous month.
