Nepali Hindu devotees are performing rituals during an annual mass bathing ceremony at Balaju Baise Dhara in Kathmandu, Nepal. They believe that the water from the 22 taps at Balaju Park can cure skin diseases. The ceremony is taking place on the full moon of Chaitra, the last month of the Nepali calendar.
