Roads and rivers remained flooded on Friday, May 3, after severe thunderstorms brought heavy rainfall to north Houston on Thursday. Mandatory evacuations have been in effect in San Jacinto and Harris counties due to flooding. Flooding has also been reported in Walker, Polk, and Montgomery counties.
