Exercise ball introduced at city office in southwestern Japan

Employees at the Fukuoka city government office in southwestern Japan sit on exercise balls while on duty on May 14, 2024. About 100 employees aged 40 or older and without a daily exercise habit took part in the three-month trial to examine if the use of such balls would improve their muscle strength and balance.
