Police officers are guarding the crime scene. A 15-year-old male is being critically wounded in a shooting in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on May 19, 2024. At approximately 3:00 p.m., Sunday afternoon on the 3800 block of W. Lawrence Ave., a 15-year-old male victim is walking in an alley when an unknown suspect is driving by in a black sedan. The offender is producing a firearm and firing shots at the victim, striking him in the left leg. The victim is being transported to the hospital and is being listed in critical condition.
