At approximately 6:32 a.m., Tuesday morning, on the 700 block of N. Union, the 48-year-old male victim is in the alley when he hears gunshots and feels pain. The 48-year-old victim is sustaining gunshot wounds to the back and shoulder and is being transported to the hospital in critical condition.
