Four people are being shot when gunmen are opening fire during a service at the Salvation Army Cross Generations Worship & Community Center, at 2900 W. 127th St., for a young woman who is being shot and killed earlier in the week. Around 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, a vehicle is pulling up, and multiple gunmen are opening fire in the direction of the building, police say. One person at the service who has a concealed carry permit is returning fire according to officials. The young woman's grandfather says the shots are ringing out in the middle of the service and that he is hearing shots coming from everywhere.
