India: At Least 1 Dead, Several Injured After Delhi Airport Roof Collapses Amid Heavy Rains 2
At least 1 person died and several were injured after a portion of the roof at Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 1 in New Delhi collapsed amid heavy rains on Friday morning, June 28.
Authorities said the roof and the support beams collapsed on cars parked in the pick-up and drop area. All departures from Terminal 1 were temporarily suspended as a safety measure.
