Brazil: At Least 40 Injured After Air Europa Flight Hits Heavy Turbulence En Route To Uruguay
Air Europa flight UX045 headed for Montevideo, Uruguay from Madrid was diverted to Natal International Airport in Brazil on Monday, July 1, after hitting heavy turbulence leaving at least 40 injured. The flight made an emergency landing at 2:32 a.m. local time, according to airport operator Zurich Airport Brasil.
