Three people are being shot, with one dead near a New York City-run migrant shelter on Randall's Island in Manhattan, New York, United States, on July 29, 2024. At approximately 3:30 a.m. on Monday morning near a migrant shelter in Manhattan, New York, three people are being shot, with one of them being killed outside of Randall's Island, Field 71. A 44-year-old female is being shot in the face and back and is being pronounced dead. A 32-year-old male is being shot in the throat and is in stable condition. A 31-year-old female is being shot in the lower back and is in stable condition. No suspects are in custody, and the NYPD is investigating.
