Puerto Rico: Hurricane Ernesto Knocks Out Power, Brings Flash Flooding 2
Ernesto brought heavy rains and strong winds to Puerto Rico Wednesday, August 14 causing flash flooding as it strengthened into a hurricane.
Multiple flood warnings were still in effect Wednesday evening for northern parts of the U.S. territory.
The storm also knocked out power to hundreds of thousands of people across the island.
