The Supermoon or Blue Full Moon is appearing behind the towers of Molfetta Cathedral in Molfetta, Italy, on August 20, 2024. The phenomenon of the 'supermoon', a full moon that is close to perigee, the point of maximum proximity to the Earth, is occurring.
