Constitutional Court Rules Carbon Neutrality Act Partially Unconstitutional In Seoul

On August 29, 2024, in Seoul, South Korea, at the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu, Seoul, Han Jae-ah (right), a claimant in the Baby Climate Lawsuit, exits the courtroom following the Constitutional Court's ruling that the government's response to the climate crisis may infringe on citizens' fundamental rights.
