At around 11:00 am, Sunday morning, on Lynch Street and Union Avenue, a 40-year-old male operating a van traveling northbound on Union Avenue strikes a 46-year-old male operating a bicycle who is also traveling northbound on Union Avenue. After striking the cyclist, the van strikes parked vehicles. EMS takes both men to the hospital. The 46-year-old male cyclist is pronounced dead, and the driver of the van is in stable condition.
