Spain: Flooding Hits Barcelona After Heavy Rainfall
Flash flooding hit parts of the Barcelona area on Monday morning, November 4, as heavy rain swept through the region. Spain's State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) issued a red alert for parts of northeastern Catalonia, warning of torrential rain.
The first clip shows a flooded car park beneath a building, with water submerging the area. The second clip captures feet walking through the water, which is nearly high enough to cover the shoes.
