Philippines: Typhoon Yinxing Makes Landfall In Cagayan, Damaging Infrastructure

Typhoon Yinxing, known as Marce in the Philippines, made landfall near Santa Ana, Cagayan, on Thursday afternoon, November 7, forcing more than 21,000 people to evacuate and damaging two domestic airports and homes.
