China: Toddler Rescued After Dangling From Window In Suqian, Jiangsu

On November 16, 2022, in Suqian, Jiangsu, outside the Guangyuan Market on Taoyuan North Road, a toddler managed to breach the safety barrier while the adults were away on school runs, placing the child in imminent danger. A group of local residents quickly gathered below the window, holding a large cloth to catch the child if he fell.
