Notre Dame's Virgin Mary Statue Returned To Cathedral - Paris
Torchlight procession through the streets of Paris to celebrate the return of the statue of the Virgin and Child will return to Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, rescued from fire on April 15, 2019 in Paris, France on November 15, 2024. A medieval statue of the Virgin Mary and Child has been returned to the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, five years after fire devastated the historic building. A candlelit procession involving hundreds of people walked along the River Seine to mark the occasion.
