Philippines: Typhoon Man-Yi Batters Luzon, Causing Widespread Flooding, Damage 4
Super Typhoon Man-Yi, known locally as Pepito, made its second landfall in Dipaculao, Aurora, at 3:20 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, following its first landfall late Saturday on Catanduanes Island, according to PAGASA.
Man-Yi battered parts of Central and Northern Luzon overnight, bringing intense winds and torrential rainfall across the region.
