On Friday, November 29, 2024, at approximately 1:05 p.m., a 3-year-old girl walks in front of 3041 Holland Avenue when a two-wheeled vehicle riding on the sidewalk, operated by an unknown male suspect, strikes her. EMS responds and transports the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi for minor injuries. The wanted individual flees on the vehicle northbound on Holland Avenue. The wanted suspect is described as a man with a heavy build and medium complexion, last seen wearing an orange jacket, black sweatpants, and black sandals.
