Jimmy Carter Dies Aged 100
United States President Jimmy Carter hosts Vice Premier Bo Yibo of the People's Republic of China for a signing ceremony of four agreements between the United States and China in the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington, DC on September 17, 1980. The four agreements include a Civil Aviation Agreement, a Maritime Agreement, a Textile Agreement, and a Consular Convention Agreement.
