Recap: Fires Ravage Los Angeles Area 2
Fires ravaging the Los Angeles area since last week have killed at least 24 people, burned more than 40,000 acres, and forced about 150,000 people to evacuate.
The Palisades Fire has burned 23,713 acres and is 14 percent contained, while the Eaton Fire has burned 14,117 acres and is 33 percent contained, according to CalFire.
