Duke Of Edinburgh Prince Edward Arrives Kathmandu On 6 Days Visit

Duke of Edinburgh Prince Edward (center) arrives in Kathmandu, Nepal, on February 4, 2025, for a six-day visit. During the visit, the Royal couple attends the annual attestation parade in Pokhara, where the British Army joins young Nepali service personnel. Edward and Sophie's visit reinforces shared interests, including youth opportunity, healthcare, equality for women and girls, and conservation and biodiversity. The Duke and Duchess also see the work of the Gurkha Welfare Trust, which offers continued support to veterans and their families.
