Princesses at duck-netting event
Japanese princesses Kako (back) and Aiko release ducks at an area designated by the Imperial Household Agency for duck netting in Ichikawa in the eastern Japan prefecture of Chiba on Feb. 14, 2025. The traditional duck-netting event, in which the birds are caught in a net and then released, was held for dignitaries including ambassadors to Japan.
