A strong storm moved into Southern California on Thursday, February 13, bringing heavy rain, and a flash flood warning was issued for parts of Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Evacuation orders were issued for several canyon areas near the Airport Fire burn scar in Orange County due to the risk of debris flows.
