Ramadan Torchlight Parade - Indonesia

On February 26, 2025, thousands of Muslims from various organizations participated in a torchlight parade in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia, starting at the Al-Mashun Grand Mosque. This annual event marks the arrival of Ramadan, fostering community bonds and celebrating the joy of the holy month. Event coordinator Taufik Ismail highlighted its significance as a reflection of Muslims’ excitement for this blessed time.
