TOKYO, Japan - People look at displays of the Tokyo International Anime Fair 21, which began its three-day run at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo's Ariake waterfront area Feb. 15. The fair features a display tracing the history of Japanese animated films since the popular ''Astro Boy'' series in the 1960s to more modern works, and a studio on animation production.
