French President Emmanuel Macron, Bruno Retailleau, Minister of State, Minister of the Interior, Gerald Darmanin, Minister of State, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, Celine Berthon, Director of the DGSI (Direction Generale de la Securite Interieure) and Karim Bouamrane, Mayor of Saint-Ouen, lay the foundation stone for the new site of the DGSI (Direction Generale de la Securite Interieure) in Saint-Ouen, France, March 11, 2025.
