Argentina: Record-Breaking Rainfall Triggers Severe Flooding in Bahía Blanca
Bahía Blanca, in southwestern Buenos Aires province, was battered by record-breaking rainfall of 290 millimeters on Friday, March 7th. This caused severe flooding, prompting the evacuation of 1,400 residents and tragically resulting in the death of at least 16 people.
