Members of the Syrian Sect visit people affected recently violence in Latakia - Syria
Members of a youth initiative called “the Syrian Sect” visit a member of the Syrian government's public security forces injured in the areas that have recently witnessed violence in Latakia, Syria on April 1, 2025. This initiative comes in response to recent events and primarily seeks to build a cohesive society by fostering communication among all communities and establishing bridges of peace. Additionally, these ongoing visits will explore ways to combat hate speech. Later, formal dialogue sessions will be organized between these communities to bridge differences, assess issues, and work towards overcoming them from a national perspective.
