Barcelonas Operation Targets Multi-Recidivism - Barcelona

An operation of the Mossos d'Esquadra, on April 5, 2025, in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). The device is part of the 'Kanpai Plan', to fight against multi-recidivism. The plan extends to the entire metropolitan area in actions coordinated by all regional police areas, as previously each police station led the fight against this crime specific to its area.
