Demonstration against far right - Paris AJ
A group of protesters hangs posters depicting Vincent Bollore with the words "The far right speaks to you every day" (l'extreme droite vous parle tous les jours) and the logos of various media outlets such as CNEW, Europe 1 and C8 during a demonstration at Place de la Republique called by SOS Racisme, French Human Rights League (LDH) and the French union General Confederation of Labour (CGT) to ‘defend the rule of law’ in Paris, France on April 12, 2025, following reactions to the conviction of the President of the parliamentary group of the French far right political party Rassemblement National, Marine Le Pen. At least forty rallies are planned across France on April 12, 2025, called by a number of unions and associations to defend ‘democracy’ and the ‘rule of law’, after attacks on the justice system following the conviction of several RN leaders.
