A 58-year-old man, Dhahri Abdelhakim, seriously injured his 48-year-old wife with several stab wounds to the neck, chest and forearm before fleeing and dying shortly after in a road accident while his wife is hospitalized in life-threatening conditions, as are the other two people involved in the road accident in San Secondo, Italy on May 2, 2025.
