U.S. beef's section at the SIAL Shanghai international food fair is deserted on May 20, 2025, as many buyers reportedly shun U.S. beef even after the recent tariff agreement between China and the United States. Around 5,000 companies from over 110 countries and regions are taking part in the fair.
