Ex-British Prime Minister Thatcher dies at 87

TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken in December 1984 shows British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (seated) signing a China-Britain joint declaration stipulating Britain's return of Hong Kong to China, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Standing behind Thatcher are Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping (R back) and British Foreign Secretary Geoffrey Howe (C back). Thatcher died April 8, 2013, after suffering a stroke, according to the BBC and other British media. She was 87.
