New commercial complex in Tokyo waterfront

Photo taken on Tokyo's waterfront area on June 12, 2025, shows high-rise building Tower S (C, L), one of the two buildings constituting the Blue Front Shibaura commercial complex being developed by JR East and Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Housing about 40 shops, most of them restaurants, and a 217-room hotel, Tower S, located on the south side of the complex, will fully open on Sept. 1, while another building is slated to be completed on the north side in fiscal 2030.
