US: Rowena Fire Forces Evacuations in Oregon, Emergency Act Issued 2

The Rowena Fire, a growing wildfire burning in Wasco County, Oregon, near the Columbia River Gorge and the border with Washington, destroyed multiple homes, forcing hundreds to evacuate while thousands were under evacuation advisories and warnings. Oregon Governor Tina Kotek issued an Emergency Conflagration Act on Wednesday, June 11.
