Turkey: Fire at Plastic Factory Near Izmir Hospital Prompts Patient Evacuations

A huge fire that originated from a transformer at a plastic factory in Izmir's Konak district spread to parts of the nearby Medicana Hospital on Sunday, June 15. Patients in the hospital were evacuated as a precaution and transferred to other hospitals in the city.
