A Long March-4C carrier rocket carrying the Shiyan-28B 02 satellite blasts off from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province, August 17, 2025. The Shiyan-28B 02 satellite was launched at 4:55 p.m. (Beijing Time) aboard a Long March-4C carrier rocket and entered its preset orbit successfully.
