Philippines: M6.9 Quake Leaves At Least 27 Dead, Causes Power Outages in Cebu 3
A strong magnitude 6.9 earthquake jolted the coast of Cebu, Philippines, on Tuesday night, September 30, causing power outages and damaging buildings, and leaving 27 people dead and over a hundred injured.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology issued a Tsunami Advisory, but later lifted it.
